Meet Bim- RESCUED
IF NOT CLAIMED BY FAMILY AVAILABLE MONDAY, MAR. 18
Bim was brought to the shelter upon the death of his owner. He is said to be 6 yrs. and 8 months old. He has also been neutered, has been found to be housebroken and appears to not like car rides. Bim currently weighs 10 pounds. Bim appears to be terrified of cats.
From Foster: Bim is housebroken as long as you make sure to take him out regularly and right before bed for the night. He is great with dogs and is a little timid of cats but is getting better with that. Bim can play pretty rough with his human he is mouthy. He loves toys and sleeping under a blanket or above your head on a pillow. He loves his person. He gets attached easily and will follow you throughout your home. He does well in a crate. He has high anxiety in a car, he pants heavily and shakes as soon as he is put into a car. Bim would be the perfect dog for someone older who needs a companion.
Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.
Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 3/4/24).
