Big Mac is HOUSEBROKEN and CRATE TRAINED and he LIKES CATS, DOGS, and KIDS! He's a 2 and a half year old, 42 pound Yellow Lab mix. His family moved and could not take him. They told us...Big Mac loves walks and is good on a leash. He enjoys doing zoomies around the yard, and he likes chew bones. He likes to play fetch but he may not give it back! Big Mac will whine at the back door when he needs to go out to go to the bathroom. His family took him to the dog park and he enjoyed the other dogs. He will bark at cats but won't bother them. Big Mac will let you know when you visitors come to the house.

Any pet who has been at the shelter more than 30 days (check INTAKE DATE on card) OR weighs 40 pounds or more has a waived adoption fee. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday.
The dog/cat adoption fee, which is normally $60 unless we are having a special, includes spay or neuter, MICROCHIP, age-appropriate shots and health check.
