Berlin White German Shepherd Newport Beach, CA

In case you missed Berlin at the Pet Expo yesterday, here’s her story.

Berlin is a 2.5 year old, 47lb White Shepherd mix. She came in as a surrender in January 2023 , where she was sick and underweight. She sat in the shelter where she waited 2 months before being adopted only to be returned 6 months later. And then adopted again early March 2024 and returned 10 days later. Shelter staff has learned that Berlin has a sensitive stomach so she will need to be on human grade dog food with probiotic supplements otherwise she has no known health concerns when examined.

Now we can’t figure out why she was returned because she has been nothing but great with the shelter staff, new dogs she’s met, and all the people and kids she has met so far. Berlin has been with us for the past 2 weeks and she has been nothing short of phenomenal. She gets along GREAT with all the dogs and volunteers that love on her.
