Bear Border Collie & Golden Retriever Mix Pacific, MO

Introducing Bear! He is a friendly guy who loves hanging out with his people. He is around two years old, 70 lbs. He came to us along with the Amish pups we rescued earlier this year, and he has been in a foster home since that time. He is a Golden Retriever/Collie mix, verified by a dna test.

He is a loyal and loving guy who just wants to be by your side, whether going for a walk or just chilling on the couch. He’s great with people and always happy to meet new friends. Did we mention that he is gorgeous and the best of both breeds?!

Bear would love a home where he can get lots of attention and space to play. He’s exceptionally smart and likes to learn new things, especially if treats are involved!

If you’re looking for a loving dog to be a faithful friend, Bear is your guy. He is good with other dogs, but is possessive of his food so needs to be fed separately from other dogs.

Applicants must have a secure visible fence that is connected to the home. Applicants will be screened, including a home visit.

All members of the household, including other dogs, must come to meet him. Other dogs in the home must be current on vaccinations and altered. You will be asked to submit your current dog’s vaccination records before a meet and greet will be scheduled.
