Meet Athena, the benevolent goddess
Hello guys, I am Athena. What a journey I’ve been on! I was found inside a pile of trash when I was about a month old. To this day, I don’t understand how someone could have thrown me there knowing that a garbage truck was on its way to pick up the bins and dump their contents into the truck grinder!
Thankfully I was found by a kind human before the truck arrived. They took me to the clinic where I was treated. I’m now at a boarding home and so very eager to join a new family or companion and be their best buddy. I hear people say that I’m very clever and extremely funny. I also love my tummy rubs and will do anything you want for a treat. I’m 1 year and 3 months old, potty trained, spayed and vaccinated.
My doggie friends are the best and I’ve learned how to be the best dog from them all. I love to play and run around, they say I’m like a cheetah because of how fast I am! But the activity I love most of all, is to give and get lots and lots of hugs from my human friends.
