Meet ASTRO
ASTRO was found abandoned in a local park.
Luckily for him one of our volunteers took him in and is fostering him until he finds his lifelong home.
Friendly male, approximately 1-2 years old and approximately 40lbs.
ASTRO has a neuter appointment next week and will be ready for his new indoor lifelong home soon.
ASTRO is working on his leash training and is doing better every day.

Forgotten Friends Texas Rescue RGV is located in Mission, Texas.
We are close to McAllen, TX and 8 miles to The Mexico Border.
Forgotten Friends does not have a shelter - Our dogs are raised in foster homes by local caring, loving families. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date with age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested and are current with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
Our Local adoption fee is $200 for adults and puppies.
For out of area adoptions, the fee is $400 for adult dogs and $500 for puppies 6 months and under.
Transport by ground can be arranged for most areas of the US.
