Meet Astra
Meet Astra! She is likely about 4ish years old and 45lbs. Prior to rescue she was a neighborhood dog who lived under a shed- she had a litter of puppies (or two) and when her most recent litter was about 8 weeks animal control was called. The family landed in the Orangeburg Shelter. The family came to us- all but one pup has been adopted and it’s time for momma to find her family.
Astra is extremely laid back, easy going and I think would do fine with another calm dog or as an only dog. She tolerates the craziness here but keeps to herself. I have not had her with kids. She is chill and enjoys her time in the sun and on a dog bed. She is amazing on leash. She is loving and a great all around dog-
