Retirement home needed!
Hey there, I’m Arnold.

I’m a blind and deaf, easy going senior. I was found wandering the streets in Denver City, Texas. I was brought into the shelter there and no one came looking for me. Doc believes I’m 10-12 years old. Don’t let the blind/deaf disability turn you away. It doesn’t impact me — except sometimes I bonk into stuff.

The rescue believes I’m Chihuahua mix.

Here’s a bit about me:

-I enjoy rides in the stroller and short walks outside ???
-I may not be able to see or hear you but I sure as heck will love and snuggle with you?
-I need a good easy going home to spend the rest of my life. I’ll repay you with my soft smile.
-Doc says I’m a healthy senior. I will have dental work done prior to going to my forever home. Also my ears have chronic infections (after assumed years of no care) but I’m on drops now and it’s expected to clear up!?????
-I’m about 27lbs and neutered ??
-I’m potty trained to an extent. Once I know I’m outside I understand it’s time to go. Foster mom keeps a belly band on me because sometimes I don’t realize I’m inside. ?
-I like other dogs… sometimes I bonk into them ??
-Fine with cats ?
-I’m not sure how I am with small humans (kids) based on how easy going I am I think it would be no problem ??????
-I’m great in the car ?
-I don’t mind my crate and I’m ok at sleeping there at night but would love to snuggle in bed as long as I’m safely up there. I don’t want to fall off ?
-My foster family says I’m the best/easiest going guy. They sometimes forget I’m here. I just need a second chance and a great place to snooze 20+ hours a day for the rest of my life??

My adoption fee is $200.00. That covers pre-adoption medical costs, microchip, dental and transportation. 

I don’t bark. Sometimes I whine if I sense foster mom is home and she hasn’t come to check on me. I love to snooze. I’ll go outside and go potty. Come back in. Walk around a bit then go to sleep.
