Meet Angel

Angel
7 month old Husky/Collie

Hi my name is Angel, but my foster mom calls me bolt cause I’m fast like lightning…

I know you have seen me before, some have even watched me grow over the last few months so I thought it was time to give an update about the man I am becoming from the boy I was.

I am a really smart cookie and pick up really quick. Especially if you have a cookie… Wait, did you say cookie? I can sit for one and a few other tricks, too.

I think I have my house training under control as far as knowing where the door is. I do need to work on a few manners. I like to check out counters for any lonely cookies. I don’t want them to be alone, so I eat them.

I LOVE to run around outside, especially if there is a yard to zooooooom around in. I also love my toys, chews, and bones. They keep me busy so I don’t go looking for things to do on my own. I can go in a crate when needed as well to keep me safe.

I love people of all sizes, and I make puppy friends wherever I go. I’m even gentle with baby dogs, too.
I walk well on my leash. Soo well, I would love to do it more often. Maybe a hike? I heard there are a lot of fun things to sniff on hikes and a big world to explore. Anyways now that I have reached maturity, my foster mom said I need to move out, but I’m not ready to be on my own in the wild.

I really want a family that will keep me mentally and physically stimulated and then promise to snuggle up with me. I don’t even mind if I have to sleep on your feet. I promise to keep them warm with all my fluff.

Anyways, if you are looking for a partner to go on adventures and to discover the world together, I am your man. I hope we can meet soon. Send me your digits, and my foster mom will tell you how awesome I am.

The adoption fee is $600 and includes spay/neuter (dogs over 6 months), vaccines, heartworm test (dogs over 6 months), deworming, Flea and tick prevention and microchip. Please visit www.paws-united.com to fill out an application.
**For puppies under 6 months a $200 spay/neuter rebate will be given with proof of spay/neuter certificate signed by a vet, if they have not been done prior to adoption.**
**Please note we DO NOT adopt our dogs as outdoor/farm dogs. These dogs are coming to us as stray, roaming or dogs that have lived a life tied to a chain. Our goal is to bring them in the house off the chain and give them a pampered indoor dogs lifestyle. Unless otherwise stated we will not even consider a home that has intentions of leaving our dogs outdoors or tied to a chain**
***We do require every applicant to provide a vet reference and we do follow up with your vet. If you do not currently have a vet as you have no pets, we strongly encourage you to do your research and contact vets to make sure they are accepting new patients. You must have a vet in place before bringing a new dog home. You will be required to give your vet permission to release information to us, we also require two personal references as well that will be contacted. We have policy and procedure in place while screening homes. If a family refuses any step in the process they will not qualify for adoption. We are not currently doing adoptions across the boarder.***
