Hi, my name is Anabella! I'm a RED pawprint, which means I need an experienced home that meets some specific criteria. Here is what would work best for me in my new home:

-Personality: Friendly, energetic, playful, adventurous, food motivated

-Can Live with Kids: Unknown history. Anabella may be a little too much for younger kiddos. Older, sturdy, dog-savvy kids who don't mind rowdy puppy energy may be okay. At this time we're recommending kids aged 12+

-Can Live with Cats: Unknown history, will need slow, supervised intro. A confident cat who won't run if chased would be best!

-Can Live with Dogs: Yes, Anabella would likely benefit from living with another active dog of similar size/energy level/playstyle. She may be a little "too much" for small/senior dogs, or those who aren't big fans of boisterous play. Everyone will need to meet at the shelter first to ensure they're a good match!

-Can do Apartment Living: Not recommended-- this high energy pup can be vocal when left alone. A home w/ lots of room to run is much preferred!

-Potty Trained: Unknown

-Bite History: No

-Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: Not required but would certainly be beneficial!

-Energy Level: High

-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Spay/microchip

-Additional Information: Anabella is a high energy dog who came to the shelter after her owners unfortunately passed away. This Energizer Bunny is very friendly, and would benefit from an adopter who can help her build a good foundation of basics/general manners. Anabella is super smart and LOVES treats, which will go a long way in her training. Once she's had a chance to burn off some of her energy (there's a lot of it!!) Anabella enjoys snuggling up for a nap with her people. She would do best with an ACTIVE family who can provide her with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
