Meet Alex
Do your ears hang low, do they wobble to and fro, can you tie them in a knot, can you tie them in a bow? Alex's answer is yes, yes, and yes! Alex is a handsome 3-year-old hound mix that was surrendered because he was a bit too much dog for his elderly owner. He is quite large and strong! Alex is housebroken, can be left alone without destruction and is reported to get along with other dogs that visited the home, although he did not live with any. He has not had any exposure to cats or children. We are hoping that a hound-loving person will fall in love with him and give him the best! We would like to place Alex in a home with adults only, due to his size. If you think you might be a match for this handsome dude, call the shelter at 906 632 2519.
