Meet AK
AK was sadly neglected and wound up at a high kill shelter in really bad shape. AK has proven to be a people friendly dog but should be placed in a single dog home. While he is not overly dog aggressive, it is clear he needs to belong to someone that can give him special attention and understands Dobermans.. AK has recovered...all ailments treated BUT he is heartworm positive and is awaiting treatement. AK will be available for adoption once treatment is completed. AK very easily learns new routines and can be affectionate. AK hates going into the rain!
