Abiba Shar-Pei Mix Springfield, MO

I'm Abiba, or 'beloved one'. I'm a 3-year-old, 56 pound Sharpei mixed breed girl who was rescued after being discarded and left on my own for a few days. I'm very grateful to be in a safe and warm house. I'm a Grade-A lover who just wants to shower my people with affection. What I'd really love is a family who feels the same way about me.

I enjoy kind humans of all ages. I'm house and crate trained, and good on a leash. I'd love a fenced yard and possibly a low key canine playmate. Although I would be fine as an only dog. I can be a little possessive of my toys and food though. With proper walks and exercise, I could likely be happy in an apartment or even as a truck driver's companion.

I just need people who will help me regain my confidence and reassure me that I won't be abandoned again. If that's you, I'd love to meet you.
