Abbie Chihuahua & Chiweenie Mix Fort Wayne, IN

Meet Abbie also known as Momma BearBear. But we call her Mona. In Spanish, it's a slang nickname for little girl.

Abbie is believed to be an almost 2-year-old Chihuahua, Dachshund, beagle pug Yorkie blend. So in other words she is a super mutt mix with the most adorable developing personality. Abbie is a precious free spirit, strong-willed, outgoing, curious, and very sweet. She can be somewhat independent but a huge snuggle cuddle bug. She is very playful and social with dogs of all ages and sizes. She is now getting to be a dog and instead of the puppy-making cash cow, she was. Abbie is adventurous, loves the outdoors, and enjoys going on runs or walks. She is an active little girl with a lot of heart for outdoor fun adventures. Abbie is a puppy herself and her personality is still developing as she's exposed to the good pet life. Abbie is very food-motivated. Not picky at all. Training is fun and she's good too. Abbie knows all her basic obedience commands. Is always eager to learn. Her recall training is perfect too. Abbie is great with kids of all ages as well. And cat-friendly. She's the best little thing ever. Abbie is about 11 pounds.

Out-of-state adopters are welcome at the adopter's expense. We do NOT ship and meet and greet are required before adoption unless you are a previous adopter.

Previous adopters of AHRs have the first choice and are not expected to pay another adoption fee again. Donation of their choice is welcomed.

Training is an ongoing process that needs to be worked on daily. New issues and opportunities arise daily that have to be addressed and or rewarded. Continued training is a must.
