Meet Xena (34007c)

Meet Xena, a sassy adult tabby with the widest eyes in town! Xena had a rough time recently when her human was hospitalized and she was left at home to fend for herself. After many attempts to find someone to care for her, she arrived at the shelter, scared and confused. Since then, Xena has made friends with the staff and volunteers. She is still (understandably) a little nervous, so she is hoping to find a home where she can take her time getting to know her surroundings at her own pace. When she knows you, she is happy to see you, often jumping down to greet you with a head butt or a rub on the legs. Xena would prefer a home with older children or adults who can understand when she is stressed and help to meet her needs.
