Watermelon Domestic Short Hair Wahpeton, ND

Watermelon is a spayed female, shorthaired, black and white cat. She has a sort of Christmas tree marking on her face, lol. We all think that she's a pretty kitty! ♥ She was approximately born in March 2022. She was a stray cat living south of Foxhome, MN with her kittens: Apple, Blackberry, and Strawberry. She was brought to our humane society on 9-12-2023.

Watermelon is EXTREMELY AFFECTIONATE! When we open her cage, she's all, "LOVE ME! LOVE ME! LOVE ME!"
She enjoys cuddling, rubbing her face on our faces, making biscuits, and playing ♥
She's VERY people-oriented, but she also likes to hang out with other cats :)

Watermelon gets along really well with other cats! :D We often see her hanging out with Beau and Lily. She wrestles with Jackie from time to time xD
She is okay being around dogs :) She doesn't give a hoot that they're there xD
She's compatible with all adults and children.

She's currently eating Royal Canin Urinary SO Plus Calm dry cat food mixed with a little bit of paté canned cat food. She doesn't have any urinary issues; this food is prevention of her having a UTI or urinary crystals. Plus, the calming factor in the food helps the cats have less stress while living in cages until they're adopted.

She's allergic to plastic, so we use metal or ceramic bowls.

Watermelon has been spayed. She tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia, tested negative twice in a row for ringworm, is up-to-date on her vaccines, is up-to-date on Selarid (flea, heartworm, hookworm, roundworm, and ear mite preventative), and has been dewormed. She's microchipped.

Watermelon's adoption fee is $100.00. If you're currently renting, we require proof from your landlord stating that you may have Watermelon where you live.
