Meet Waffles

Waffles was abandoned by his owner and thankfully a caring neighbor took him in under her wing and neutered him and got his shots and started turning this baby into a lap cat :) He is currently being fostered in an indoor setting building trust and soaking up all the affection. He is very loving and playful - he possibly may be okay with a dog and definitely want an indoor only after all he has been through.
