-Can Live with Cats: Unknown history, needs slow intro
-Can Live with Dogs: Unknown history, seemed fearful upon hearing barking dogs at the shelter. A mellow, independent dog who won't bother him much would likely be okay after a slow intro.
-Can Live with Kids: Rowdy young kiddos would not be a great match for this shy guy. Calm, respectful, cat-savvy children who can respect his space would be okay. Recommending 12+
-Needs Indoor Only Home: Recommended but not required
-History of Litter Box Issues: No
-Energy Level: Medium
-Bite History: No
-Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes- neuter/MC

Additional Information: Tuffs is a bit of a shy kitty who arrived to WHS in a trap. He took a day or two to warm up to things, but has made lots of progress and many new friends! Tuffs is gently affectionate, and prefers to approach rather than be approached. He'd do best in a quieter home environment where he can take his time exploring his surroundings. He'd love a tall cat tree by the window and a couple good places to hide out if he needs to. Tuffs has a luxurious, fluffy coat that will need regular brushing and grooming to stay in tip top shape!
