Meet Tsvila
Tsvila has been at the shelter since she was a kitten but this is likely because she has multiple odd quirks. She is VERY playful and loves to get the zoomies and scale cat towers. She is friendly with most other cats and seems apathetic about dogs. She was in a foster home for multiple months but ultimately, she was returned to the shelter when Tsvila became possessive over her foster mom and was bullying the other animals in the house. She will seemingly ask for attention and roll over on her belly inviting affection but 100% of the time, it's a trap. She bites whenever anyone attempts to touch her and she means it. We don't mind having her live at the shelter for as long as she needs and we're not sure her person is out there since we know she's odd.
