My name is Taz, I'm about 4 years old but trust me when I say, I've got a lot of life left in me. I came her from living in a really bad place so I am a bit scared and may not want to come out and see you right away, it takes a bit of time for me to build trust with people. I know I have it in me to be loveable cat, everyone says so. I obviously love to play with toys on occasion and like getting the occasional catnip. I just know I am going to make someone very happy one day, once I get a home and a family of my very own with someone willing to take the time to build a relationship with me! I really wish someone would fill out the application so you can come meet me, ya never know, it could be the start of something great!

Once you submit an application online, it will be reviewed and our adoption coordinator will be in contact with you. This may take a couple days, especially with puppies, we tend to get more applications on puppies to sort through, so please be patient. Successful adoptions and placement of our animals is taken very seriously here at CCHS so, not every application will be approved.. We must make certain that each animal is placed in a home that best suits the needs of the animal and the needs of the family and home where the animal is being placed. As always, if you have another dog in the home, we do REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to final decisions being made by all parties involved. This has proven to be best for the animal and the potential adopters in attempts to prevent issues once getting your new pet into their fur-ever homes, as much as we love each and every one of them, we don’t want them to get returned.

Our animals come up to date on vaccines, microchipped and spayed/neutered, however, we always recommend taking any new pet to your primary veterinarian for a well check to get them established for routine care.
