Meet Sophie (Miss Blep)
Meet Sophie.
Sophie is a true tuxedo sweetheart who loves to play 'chase the feather' and cuddle.
Sophie is a talker with a sweet trill. You'll sometimes hear her asking where you are from another room. She really enjoys being around people. She has a strong purr and an unusual tendency to fall asleep with her tongue sticking out. She's earned the nickname "Blep."
Sophie, whom we estimate to be around seven years old, and her kittens, were rescued from a hoarder situation in August.
Sleek and silky Sophie's kittens are now grown, so she is now ready to find her new fur-ever home.
Sophie and her babies have been fostered by me, Martine, along with Helping Paws.
Sophie has done well with my other senior cats and our calm older dog and should blend easily into a household with a few other pets.
Mama Sophie is well socialized and has enjoyed lots of handling and playtime with her foster family. She needed some extra time to build trust with her fosters after coming from a difficult past, and has taken well to change.
Sophie would do best to adopted along with her beautiful daughter Smokey (aka Smokey Toes) as they remain bonded.
