Meet Snow E. Day
Snow E. Day is a sweet girl who is looking for a home. She is about 5 years old. She is super affectionate and loves to cuddle and receive pets. She will sit on your lap or lay in your arms as you hold her.
She has lived with other cats and is currently being fostered with one. So having a family with another cat would be fine with her!
Poor Snow E. Day was surrendered by her family of 4+ years to the NYCACC. There, she was having a hard time adjusting to living in a shelter. She was palced on an emergency placement list to get her out of the shelter. Unfortunately, the rescue that took her from the ACC was not reputable and she suffered by being bounced through multiple foster homes and finally at the rescuer's home without any vet care or specialized treatment. She wasted away and lost a significant amount of weight. We were able to rescue her from that rescue which was supposed to help her.
Since being in her new foster home, she has gained weight and is a happy and healthy girl.
