Meet Sherman

Sherman is our senior boy. He’s had such a long journey (almost a year with us) He came to us in August 2023 with his sister Sheila. Sheila has since passed away from cancer and he’s in a foster home alone. I think he may be a little lost and lonely.

He is 14-15 years old but in very good health. I think he would do well with another middle age or senior cat who is very loving and can teach him humans are loving and safe. He’s very gentle but so shy. He does way better when he can see other cats being loved. He’s a social friendly boy with other cats. He loves being petted when he feels comfortable and you can even hold him for a minute or two.

As you can see in the last photo, he just wasn’t doing well outside. The winters were too cold and the summers were too hot. He deserves a comfy safe place to call home for the rest of his years. Look how shiny and fluffy he is now!
