Meet Salmon, a gentle senior soul with a heart full of love to give. At 7 years old he isn't super active, you'll often find him cuddling in blankets and snoozing the day away with a cat friend! He isn't the biggest fan of the shelter environment, and he will need to go to a quiet, patient home that will let him warm up at his own pace! Salmon is cat-friendly and would love a feline friend by his side. He would prefer a home without children, as their energy can be a bit overwhelming for him. Salmon has a laid-back personality and would make the perfect lap cat. He is ideal for anyone looking for a sweet, independent, and low-key pet!

At the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, our goal is to match potential adopters with a pet that is best suited to their home, interests, and lifestyle. All of our animals are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, given flea/tick prevention, and dewormer.
