Meet Sally! This sweet lady was adopted from us in 2011 and was returned to us in late 2023 because the owner was moving and couldn't have pets with her. Sally is a very sweet, laid back, older kitty who still likes to run around and play on occasion. Chasing light reflections off the walls is her favorite! She absolutely loves people and will walk all over you until she's found the perfect spot to take a cozy cat nap on. She has coined the name "Sweet Sal" with us because she really is the sweetest! She does have some arthritis in her hips which gives her a little limp in her walk but that doesn't stop her from having fun! Sally also has hyperthyroidism which requires medication twice a day, which she will need to be on for the rest of her life. Sally was never brought back to a vet after she was originally adopted and lacked proper vet care. Her teeth were another issue and she required full dental and has no teeth left. Sally also has an old ear hematoma that was never taken care of correctly which has caused her one ear to fold down, and gives her quiet the unique look. Sally is very comfortable now and happy after her health issues were addressed. Sally seems to prefer people over animals so we believe she would do best in a single pet household!
