Meet Rascal
Rascal was born to a feral mom after she’d been rescued from the street. He can be a little shy but is sweet and enjoys pats & likes to purr. Rascal needs to be adopted with his sister Bitsy or to a home where there is already a kitten or young cat. Birthday 9/27/23
