Presto Domestic Short Hair Mix Papillion, NE

Presto change-O! Presto is a silky domestic short hair solid black cat with green eyes. He is very curious and is ready to help with whatever activity you are doing. Originally, he was surrendered to us along with his girlfriend, when their owner moved to hospice. They were declawed indoor only cats and were happy to be adopted together. After a time they were returned when they decided their bond was broken and wouldn't stop bickering. Now they get along with all other cats but each other. Presto is outgoing and must know what everyone is doing! He loves to chat and seeks attention from anyone who gets close. He is a love who would be a wonderful addition to almost any home.

The adoption fee is $125 and covers age appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.

Applications are typically worked in time stamp order based on date/time of submission. If you have other cats in your home, they must all be up to date and spayed/neutered prior to application submission.

Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out. But we will coach you on alternative methods of managing cats with claws.


*****We are currently operating by appointment only. If you want to meet this pet, or are interested in adopting, please submit an inquiry or email to tchspapillion@gmail.com. Someone from the rescue will contact you and/or your family and determine, on a broad level, whether you might be a fit for the animal. If so, they will provide instructions for completing the application. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted to set up a time to meet at the shelter or the foster home. The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the cat team or the foster. If all goes well, you can adopt during the same visit.
