- Spayed / neutered, special needs. Phoebe was so sick when we rescued her, she couldn’t even stand. When she recovered from severe upper respiratory we noticed she was having problems holding her head up. The vet said he wasn’t sure but she had been through some kind of trauma. She is so much better now, but tilts her head to one side. Not all the time though.
