Peeve is a 13-year-old cuddly cat looking for his forever home.

Peeve is a senior cat with the personality of a stuffed animal. He loves scratches, kisses on top of his soft head, and tolerates being picked up and cuddled for short amounts of time. He will reward his favorite human by kissing back, and he's very gentle with everyone, regardless of how well he knows them. He is a cozy guy that likes to rest next to and cuddle his human.

Peeve's favorite activities are eating and sleeping. He is the type of cat that will find his favorite spot in the house and stick to it. Peeve loves attention but does not need to be with anyone all day. Peeve's adoptor will have a quiet, distinguished gentleman that everyone loves.

Just because Peeve needs more activity, doesn't mean he wants more activity. His favorite way to play is to pile up his toys and lay on them. He does enjoy wand toys and is curious about crinkle ball toys. He occasionally finds a burst of energy, so could become more interested in play if he loses more weight.

Peeve is overweight and needs to be kept on a measured low-calorie diet. Because of his weight, he would love it if you could brush him daily to help with his grooming. He'd also appreciate a bigger litterbox with enough room to move around in.

Peeve is currently living in a two-bedroom townhome but has zero interest in exploring, so he would do great in a smaller home.

Peeve is good with other cats. It is unknown if he is also good with dogs or kids. While Peeve would likely do best in a quieter home, he is so mellow it is likely he would adapt to almost anything with a proper slow introduction.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
