Meet Olive
I love to pounce on “blanket monsters”!
“My name is Olive, and I was a stray kitten hiding in the bushes when I was rescued. I’ve been friendly with dogs, older kids and humans from the very fist day; other kitties not so much. I’m looking for a family who will play “blanket monsters” with me, give me pets and hold me, but who doesn’t ask me to get along with another feline. Now, I sleep with my 11 year-old human brother, so I hope my new family will let me sleep with them, too. Loud noises don’t scare me or make me anxious and I love to play so I’d do well in a busy household.
My foster family says I’m doing really well with learning what “no” means and I’m not a fan of getting my claws clipped, but I’m very thoughtful and don’t let my claws scratch you! Petting and holding are always welcome, but right now I’m not a big fan of sitting in laps, but that might change when I get older. My foster family describes me as silky soft, very playful, lovable, adorable and quiet; that’s quite an impressive list, don’t you think? Let’s get together at a Meet and Greet; I think once we do, you’ll want me to come with you for a sleepover.”
