Meet Moo
Hi,
I'm Moo and I am sooooo happy to be inside, with humans! I was born on the streets in Long Island and a kind man set up a shelter on his porch and fed me every day. But, he could not take me inside due to too many other pets he already had. I liked the arrangement because it let me roam the neighborhood and come back to a warm meal and bed to sleep in for the night. At least I thought I liked the situation....one day, I came back from my escapades and had a big wound on my back. I am not sure what happened, but think I may have been bitten by another cat.
Well, at that point, the kind man reached out to Big Hands Little Paws, realizing it was best for me to find a home and only be an indoor cat. So, here I am.!!
I went to the doctor and have been receiving treatment for my wound and it is almost all better (sometimes I scratch back there so it opens up again...I really have to stop doing that!).
I was neutered, vaccinated and am FIV-FeLV negative. I really want to find a home! I have been hanging with a loving and caring foster mom and dad, but they cannot adopt me and I need my forever home now.
