Mia is a sweet and affectionate tortoiseshell cat estimated to be 1-2 years old. She came from Bloomington Animal Control and is now looking for a loving and caring forever home.

Mia has a loving personality and enjoys showing her affection. You'll often find her purring and kneading, always ready to receive and give love. She's a bold and playful kitty who isn't shy about approaching other cats and playfully batting at them. Mia is also vocal when greeted in the morning, eager to interact with her human companions.

When it comes to hobbies, Mia loves playing with balls that she can chase around. She finds joy in using almost anything small as a toy to bat around. Her day-to-day routine involves lots of playtime and exploring her surroundings. You may also find her comfortably relaxing in one of her cozy kitty beds.

Currently, Mia is living in a household with small children, cats, and a dog, and she gets along well with everyone. She's a social and adaptable feline who thrives in a loving and diverse environment.

Mia's ideal home would be with someone who can provide her with undivided attention. It's important that her new owner is aware of her medical situation and prepared to support her. Mia is heartworm positive and requires monthly administration of Revolution Plus. She also experiences chronic upper respiratory infections (URIs), which tend to clear up with antibiotic treatment but may recur. It's important for her owner to be attentive to her health and provide any necessary medical care.

Additionally, Mia recently underwent dental treatment, including a tooth extraction. She still has stitches in her mouth, which will absorb on their own in approximately one month.
