Mayday is an 11-month-old, affectionate, and sweet kitty looking for her forever home! Mayday is a sweet girl who will seek out affection from her people. She loves being a pet and is fairly good with being picked up. She will happily roll over and give you her belly to rub. Mayday is a social kitty who likes to be around other cats or with her people. One of Mayday's hobbies is eating yummy wet food, which is her favorite food. She also loves napping in quiet places and watching the fish swim in the aquarium in her foster home. Most of all her favorite hobby is getting lots and lots of love from her humans.

Mayday starts her day running to her human and rubbing up against their legs. She impatiently waits for her wet food to be given and happily eats it up. Most of her day is spent either napping or asking for pets if her people are near. In the evening, she enjoys a little play session with soft toys she can wrap herself around or cat tunnels she can run through. She has low exercise needs besides some light playing.

Mayday enjoys the company of other friendly cats. She is happy to get snuggles from older children but seems nervous about dogs currently. I don't believe she ever lived with a dog in the past. I think she is nervous about dogs right now since she has never experienced them. If they are calmer and leave her alone, she would do just fine with them. She seems fairly gentle but may be nervous of young children due to their energy level.

Mayday currently lives in a foster home with other adult cats, dogs, and older children. She tends to spend most of her time on the lower level since the dogs don't go down there. She does venture upstairs at night to hang out with the other cats when the house is quiet. Mayday would love a home that isn't too busy. She would prefer to have another friendly cat to spend time with. Most of all she would love a home where she gets lots of love and affection from her people.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow-up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
