Meet Mama

Location: Foster home

Hello, my name is Mama. While all four of my kittens were adopted last year, I am still awaiting my forever home.

I have never met a stranger, whether cat or human, no matter their age. I currently live with my foster daughter, Bella, and we get along swimmingly. We've both outgrown our rowdy kitten phases, although we still greatly enjoy playing together when there are no cuddles to be had.

I do think I will be much happier if I have a feline companion or two, whether Bella or another, for I dearly love to play and cuddle. I might even be willing to consider a canine companion or two, although I have never met one. Perhaps a test visit could be arranged?

I do have some special considerations you should know about. Because I spent so much time on the streets before I was rescued, I suffer from permanent damage to my nasal passages. While you may see me frequently sneeze, I promise I am not sick. However, I am more likely to get sick if exposed to any unvaccinated feline friends, so it is the sweet indoor life for which I am destined.

I clean up most of my sneezes myself, but I must admit that I do sneeze quite a lot, which will occasionally lead to boogers around your home. Especially, perhaps, near my favorite perch and window. Thankfully my foster mom has found some excellent tricks for keeping such areas tidy…just ask!

I simply adore my daily brushing and even the occasional belly rub. I’m also fully able to use an automatic feeder and water fountain, and am quite unphased by cordless vacuums, car rides, and vet visits. I know…I’m quite remarkable.

I’m just so ready to meet my forever family that will love me for who I am: the sweetest, softest, mustachioed-mama you will ever meet.
