Meet Luna

Luna is a gentle and friendly DSH brown tabby, who came to CRN after a kind family took her and her older kitten in. It soon became obvious that Luna was pregnant again so it was fortunate that she was able to have her second litter indoors, where they were all safe and warm. While her youngest kittens have all been adopted, Luna is still looking for her forever home. She is a lovely house cat, fully trained and very social with humans. She is a bit more independent than her daughter and is very happy to find a spot by herself to snooze. She does enjoy cuddles as well as riding around on shoulders occasionally. Since Luna has been with her daughter, Sage, since Sage was born, they are close and would like to be adopted together if possible. Luna could possibly be adopted alone to a home with other animals.

Sage and Luna would be happy in a home with other cats or a gentle dog, as they have both come to be friends with both feline and canine fosters. Luna is happy in a very active household and not overly bothered by commotion, noise, or new people. She's also happy with gentle children.

NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.

NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.

NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada
