Jax is a fun male kitten born in July of 2023. He was surrendered to us with his siblings and mama, after being found as strays and taken in.

Jax is a joy! He enjoys attention and kisses, but he is always looking to play with something or curious as to what is next. He loves all toys and will go after a ball if you roll it across the floor! He is super cute and really pretty too with his silver fur!

Jax is blind in his right eye…vet said it looks like the cornea may have been scratched at a very young age and damage was done then. He is not disabled from this at all and acts just like any kitten with full sight does.

Jax would be a wonderful kitten for any home! He has a great disposition and is just a delightful kitty! He is best friends with his brother, Diggy Paws! If you would like to have 2 wonderful young boys to make you twice as happy, please adopt them together! There is a discount for 2!

Jax is in a foster home right now but if you’d like to meet him, please fill out an adoption application. Once approved, we will set up a meeting for you with him at one of our PetSmart partner locations.

We adopt out in order that approved applications are received. We suggest if you’re interested in a cat, especially small kittens, please submit ASAP as they get adopted quickly.

Buckeye Pet Partners has a 5-year partnership with PetSmart Charities, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, and Ohio Pet Funds.
All of our cats are completely vetted and litterbox trained. All animals live in a pet and kid friendly foster home before going up for adoption. The health of our animals physically and mentally are our top priority. BPP strives to place animals in great homes efficiently to ensure less stress on the animal.
90 percent of our cats are adopted out within 3 months or less and we have a 1 percent return rate after adoption.

We approve applications within 48 hours and ask finalization in most cases to happen within two days of approval.

All of our animals come with medical records given at time of adoption. We offer a 14-day money back trial to ensure a good fit for the animal and family, and we offer a lifetime return if for any reason you are unable to care for one of our pets in the future. We are a 501 3c Organization founded in 2018 and have placed hundreds of animals year to date.
