Jane Fonda Domestic Short Hair Watkinsville, GA

Jane and her brother Peter Fonda (see separate listing) were born outdoors in a quiet neighborhood. At about 4 months old, they started hanging around one particular house and were brought into a garage with their mother to eat and stay warm during the freezing nights of December 2022.

Jane and Peter were spayed/neutered at a TNR rescue and returned back to the same garage where they could come and go as they pleased. Jane was the first of the two to allow a human to pet her. After a couple of months, they were both becoming more comfortable with humans but also getting injured while living outdoors. In March 2023, it was decided to bring them indoors to further socialize and find a forever home.

Jane is a playful girl and makes an endearing little "chirp" sound when she is happy! She will also "chatter" when she sees something interesting while looking out the window. She gets very excited for mealtime and loves a scratch behind her head and a gentle butt tap. She is a petite girl with beautiful golden eyes and a sleek, soft coat.

Although Jane and Peter have been together since birth, they are not especially bonded and their foster parents believe they would be fine living apart. Jane has been tested and is negative for FeLV/FIV. Jane is currently located in Decatur, GA.
