Meet Ivy

Ivy is part of a group of cats who came to us as semi-feral strays. and is the last remaining at the shelter as the others have been adopted. Ivy is a (nearly all) black cat, and we know that statistically black cats are the hardest to adopt. She does rock a super cute little patch of white on her chest and she has a glossy black coat of fur. Ivy is young and extremely playful. She zooms across the room when one of her human playmates comes in with string toys to play with her. Ivy is curious and likes to take in all the action in her room. She would like a home with some action! She needs a feline friend for sure. When the shelter is quiet, Ivy will take every opportunity to curl up on a lap and take a relaxing snooze. She likes belly rubs too,

Ivy has a chronic condition where one of her eyes gets weepy. She has a small growth on her eyelid that causes irritation to her eye. Talk to us about the upkeep of maintaining her eye health.
