It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.


HELLO KITTY and her 4 kittens (BILLY - SPOTTIE DOTTIE - KUROMI - MY MELODY) were saved by a sweet man in the his neighborhood in South Central, California. The neighbors were shooting the cats in the neighborhood so the man that had her and her kittens in his bathroom. One of our rescue contacts called us. They went to our foster.


HELLO KITTY is now ready for his "FUREVER" home. FYI: Her and her kittens were named them after the show HELLO KITTY.


She is loyal and can be a jealous kitty cat. She loves her foster mama & gets jealous when she loves on the other cats. She is charming but does definitely has TORTI-tude!. She loves to get pets and cuddles while she purrs away. She loves treats and remembers her wet food schedule; if either meal is a few minutes late, she lets foster mama know!! All HELLO KITTY wants is a nice lap and ALOT of love!


HELLO KITTY is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TORTISHELL MIX. She is about 1 year old. She is OK with cats and non-reactive to with dogs. She has never been around children.


HELLO KITTY is currently at a foster home in Menifee, California.


ADOPTION PROCESS:

1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)
2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

SEPTEMBER 2023: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.


Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is at 4 pm - 9 pm. Volunteers are only there in the evening for 3 hours. So please call the PetSmart location or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.


The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS above need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the adoption interview and home check have been done. Gas donations ALWAYS appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.


Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.


We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
