Meet Gloria

What a glorious girl is Gloria! This orange and white gem is initially shy yet warms up quickly and is very sweet. She loves sleeping in her fuzzy bed, sharing a chair while you work, and snacking on tuna tubes. She is an overall great companion as she loves being around her humans yet also values her independence. Gloria doesn’t like to be picked up, but don’t worry – she’ll come to you often for snuggles as her photos show. She is very communicative and will release a squawkish meow when she wants attention, food, or play time. She also understands the word “no” and is extremely trainable. Gloria uses her scratching post and litter box well, and loves a good play session. She has a loving “adult” personality and prefers grownups so we don't recommend her for a home with young children. Gloria must eat only canned food as she had traces of crystals in her bladder when we pulled her from the city shelter in Newark. We don't have any info on her life before we met her.
