Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue
Gertie was a TNR rescue. She was observed to be a loner cat. She would not go in the warmth where other cats were so once she was trapped and fixed she was transitioned to a house cat. It is believed that she was dumped or kicked out of an existing house. She so far does not do well with other cats at all. She does absolutely love to cuddle with people. She will give you lots of love with a side of sassiness. She would be a great for someone who wants a single cat only. Please give this sweet girl her forever home that she so deserves. She is FIV/FeLV Negx2.

We are trying to help a fellow rescuer find a home for this cat.

We accept the adoption application and do some basic checks for them and then all communication will be handled by them afterward.

Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted.

Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet.

Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.

No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
