Meet Garth
Sweet, ultra-shy Garth has been at the shelter for 7 months now. He has had visitors come to see him, but has been overlooked because he hides. He was in a foster home for socialization for a period of time and improved greatly, playing, enjoying being held and even purring at times. Since being back at the shelter, he has sadly regressed and is now again afraid of everything. He needs a home where his special human will understand that he will require a lot of TLC to become the playful, affectionate kitty he was in his foster home. And when this happens, the joy felt when his trust is earned is priceless! He gets along fine with other felines and would probably even benefit having some siblings. Please consider giving this 1-year-old shy, but sweet boy a home he deserves where he can feel safe and loved.
