Frannie is a female, Calico/Domestic Short Hair cat. Her estimated date of birth is April 18, 2022. Frannie's story will likely tug at your heartstrings – Frannie was one of 29 other cats living in a hoarding situation. Understandably, she has been on a journey since living with a foster. For a while, Frannie felt most safe and comfortable experiencing the world from under a blanket. Little by little, she started letting her hair down and coming out of her shell!

Frannie was given a new name when she arrived at her foster home. They had been watching a season of Survivor and met a contestant, Frannie, who displayed perseverance and determination. The foster believed Frannie deserved a strong, uplifting name to help her blossom!

Seeing the progress in her personality and confidence has been heartwarming. Frannie now has an interest in toys and human interaction. She welcomes soft pets and chin scratches, but she’s not fond of being held. She prefers a quiet environment and will explore and display curiosity on her own terms. With a patient and kind adopter, Frannie would settle in for a new chapter in her life and be a wonderful companion.
