It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.


FALKOR was saved by an independent rescuer. He was found on a busy street in Compton, California. . The poor little guy was by himself and very malnourished. We were asked to help and now he is with our rescue.


FALKOR was introduced to a group of kittens his age that have taught him to play and socialize. He plays very rough. His roommates were: NUGGET - EMINEM - LAURYN HILL - LIL PUN - 50 CENT. He gets comfortable very quickly and is curious about everything. FALKOR loves pets and come rubs on you or walk in between your legs. He can be a super silly and goofy boy. He comes running when it's time to get his can food. He's looking for his REAL FUREVER home.


FALKOR is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / FLAMEPOINT SIAMESE MIX. He is about 5 months old. He is good with cats and is non-reactive to dogs. He has never been around children. As stated on our application, we will not do adoptions of kittens under 8 months without a cat / kitten with enough energy to play with him.


FALKOR is currently located at PETSMART in Murrieta, California off Madison Avenue.


ADOPTION PROCESS:

1. Go to Workinwhiskers.com (Click on ADOPT)
2. Fill Out Online Form
3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

NOVEMBER 2023: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.


Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.



The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the adoption interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.


Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.


We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.

FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative)
Drontal Dewormer
Stronghold Flea Control

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
