Meet Eloise
Hi, my name is Eloise! I am approximately 2-3 years old. I came to the shelter when my owner moved and left me behind.
I am a nice girl who likes to be petted, though I can be shy at first. I was aggressive with my finder's dogs, and am hoping for a canine-free household. I was said to tolerate my finder's cats. I was previously an indoor/outdoor cat, but would be fine being indoor only.
I went to see the vet after coming to HSJC for my wellness check. It was found that I had a couple of bad teeth, which were fractured during a traumatic incident in the past (likely I was hit by a car). At that time I also sustained a broken lower jaw, which healed on its own but not quite right. Now my teeth don't align as well as they should, so plaque and tartar will form easier. I had a dental cleaning here, and had my bad teeth extracted, but the extractions were tricky because of my previously broken jaw. The vet says I will need future extractions done at a specialist, and recommends annual dental cleanings for me.
I am up to date on my rabies and FVRCP vaccines, and micro-chipped too. Come see me today!
