Eleni was found, likely during her first heat cycle, surrounded by male cats eager for the opportunity to mate with her, down the street and not yet known to a colony of community cats cared for by Pride Rescue. It was her lucky day, in that her rescuer was coming to help trap a cat at the managed colony, when she spotted poor Eleni, a very small and very beautiful little cat, under a large male cat, with other males lingering close by - what a horrible situation this could have been for Eleni, who at a mere 6 months old is just a kitten herself. Thankfully, Eleni was very co-operative about being rescued, she was secured in minutes, and almost immediately showed her rescuer that she was a fully tame, people friendly and sweet kitten who was incredibly thankful to be rescued! Eleni was quickly vetted for her spay, in case she had been bred, and with a little time to recover and gain some much needed body weight, this exceptionally beautiful little soul is now ready for adoption! A small kitty, with a stunning soft coat, this little sweetheart has the looks of a Maine Coon with her fluffy fur, ear-tufts and pretty little face, and she is simply the sweetest little soul who loves interacting with people, being petted, fussed over and cuddled. Quick to purr, eager to spend time with her people, and to curl up on a willing lap, this sweet little girl is just overflowing with love and gratitude! Already a lap kitty in her foster home, Eleni enjoys cuddles and affection, she loves to play and romp, and is just full of fun and curiosity now that she is free to be a kitten and not be consumed with her need to survive on the streets! A lover of other cats, Eleni is looking for a home where there is already at least one fun and friendly cat who she can befriend and bond with - she is a fun and silly little playmate for another cat, and is thrilled to have a friend to play and have fun with! A warm, sweet and beautiful little soul with so much love to share, Eleni is going to make a wonderful little cuddle companion to a very lucky family!

Eleni has been vet checked and fully vaccinated, she has been treated for routine parasites, has been microchipped and has been spayed, and is available for an adoption fee of $250.

** Eleni was rescued by an independent rescuer, from a location near a colony of community cats under the umbrella of Pride Rescue, and is being featured here in order to have as many opportunities as possible to connect with a new Forever Family. Applications will be forwarded to Eleni's caregiver, who will handle screening and adoption, and to whom adoption fees are payable. Eleni has been provided with exceptional care and kindness since her rescue, has been well and appropriately vetted and is a wonderful cat who is looking forward to loving a family as special as she is! **
