It is Drifter’s time to say hello.
Following her surrender as a Return to Rescue case, Drifter took longer to adjust to her foster home. She is a very independent lady and maintains her boundaries by doing her own thing. She is talkative and chatty, especially when there are treats being offered. Drifter seeks attention from her humans and it may take longer to earn her trust.
With proper acclimations and plenty of time to adjust, Drifter could join a home with other pets. She’s previously lived with children and currently is in a foster home with other cats and a small dog. However, we think she’d love to be an only kitty where could settle in without the additional stressors and complications of more adjustments.
Drifter would make an excellent companion for a busy person that would love to have a kitty to welcome them home every day, while being content by herself during the workday.
She’s a dark tabby with a unique coat texture and big, bright eyes. Drifter is 2.5 years old and is ready to bounce to her forever home, once and for all!
Drifter is spayed, current on vaccinations, has had routine parasite treatment/preventatives, FIV/FeLV negative, microchipped, and ready to find her place in the world. Her adoption fee is $55.
