Donya Calico & Domestic Short Hair Mix Redondo Beach, CA

I'm pleased to introduce Donya. Donya first came to us about a year ago with her 4 kittens. Her kittens have all since been adopted and Donya remains with their original foster.

Donya is approximately 3 years old. She is absolutley gorgeous, sweet but on the quiet side. It seems that she probably became pregnant at a young age and devoted herself to care for young kittens. For that reason, she's often quiet, doesn't play much and enjoys the company of other cats. After becoming acclaimated to her enviroment, Donya's favorite pastimes include cuddling and sleeping. It would be ideal to have another friendly cat in the household that she can socialize with as she enjoys cuddling and grooming other cats.

She will do best in a quieter home and would appreciate calm, kind and patient forever parent(s). Since she is quieter, it will take some time to build rapport as its not in her nature to seek play or affection. However, once she identifies with you, she generally doesn't want to leave your side and will want to engage in LOTS of affection. She enjoys having her forehead cupped by palms and rubs along her cheeks, the sides of her lips, face and ears rubbed too. When she gets excited she does drool.
