Gender: Male
Hello, my name is DeWalt. My favorite things are getting petted and eating treats! When you pet me, my butt goes up and sometimes I fall over—but please don't stop! I can be cautious and startle easily, but in a calm environment, I quickly settle in and will even climb over you for more attention. If you really want to make me happy, though, you can give me some Churu or Lickable Treats tubes.
I don't like being picked up or held, but I do love finding cozy beds in patches of sunlight. I love other kittens, especially galloping around the house with them or wrestling. I like wand toys, laser pointers, and chasing after plastic toy springs. My eyes will likely always be a little watery because I have eyelid agenesis (corrected as much as possible by surgery) and non-functioning tear ducts. The “Tool Kitties” came to us when a woman in an eastern NC county requested assistance with a large colony of feral cats on her property.
