If you’re looking for a chill, companion cat, look no further. Kors would be a great cat for someone who works – either at home or away – because he looooves a good nap during the day. He’s an easygoing dude that loves treats, head scritches, and action films.

His backstory is sad and he has some scars to prove it, but this boy hasn’t let anything get him down. He’s a headbutt enthusiast, purr machine, and expert biscuit-maker with the gentlest soul.

Kors was a dumped pet who sustained a terrible injury to his tail during his time outside. Unfortunately, we can only speculate as to what happened, but he’s left with a very unique, stubby, "piggy" tail that's missing some hair at the tip. We do not expect the hair to grow back. It will always look a little silly.

It’s important to keep in mind that, because he’s experienced some trauma, he can be a bit shy at first. With a little patience and a few choice treats, he comes around quickly.

Kors is still a young guy, likely 3-4 years old, with a lot of love to give. He would prefer to be adopted into a quiet home without young children. Older children who understand he’ll need some time to acclimate should be no problem, but loud noises and sudden movements tend to spook him. He has been fostered with other cats but generally prefers to keep his distance. He is OK with roommates but would also be quite happy as an only cat.

He will need a few weeks of patience to gain confidence in his new surroundings, but you will be rewarded with a very special, very loving companion.

Kors is fully vetted, FIV/FELV negative, neutered, and requires no ongoing care for his injured tail.
